THE RESIDENCE
The Residence Al Barcoco delightfully situated on a hill lies at ca. 1.6 km from the beach of Marina di Campo and 2 km from the historic center of Marina di Campo, 5 km from the beaches of Spartaia and Procchio and ca 8.5 km from Cavoli beach. As the position of the complex is higher than sea level it dominates the surrounding landscape on a large estate build on terraces. In the upper part are the swimming pools with the sun terrace and a wonderful panoramic view, going down you find the main building and its recently built and well finished 26 apartments.
The Residence Al Barcoco offers also wide open spaces, large terraces with tables and chairs, laundromat and two swimming pools, one with Jacuzzi, sun beds and umbrellas.
AT approx. 150 mt. is the Tennis Club of Marina di Campo, with red clay courts.
